All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Once you have placed an order on our site but wish to cancel it, you must notify us by writing to our official email address email@example.com before the item is shipped. Please refer to the shipping information page for more details on the shipping times based on your delivery destination. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us at your own cost.
Our Studio endeavours to deliver all accepted orders made on our site to the correct shipping addresses within the delivery times indicated on the shipping information page. We do not warrant or guarantee that we will deliver all orders within these estimated time frames but will deliver all accepted orders within a reasonable time frame subject to any COVID-19 or peak season related changes.
All risk associated with the order item is transferred to the recipient on delivery to the shipping address provided on the order.
Our Studio believes in the quality of our products and all products are subject to a thorough quality control check before dispatch. However, should you wish to return a product you can do so provided it has been returned to us within 30 days of receipt and is unused in its original packaging. Please be careful to return the product and packaging unaltered, as we cannot provide refunds if there are any alterations, marking or changes made to them. Please note that we do not offer free returns for international orders.
To make a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of the product, detailing:
The product name and description
The reason for return or refund
Proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation)
2. We will send you a prepaid Australia Post return label via email which you should attach to the product you wish to return.
3. On receipt of the unused returned product, it is subject to inspection before we can advise via email that a refund will be issued. All refunds will be processed at the buying price.
Our Studio endeavours to produce and dispatch high-quality products at all times. However, if you believe that you have received a faulty product with a defect, please contact us via our email email@example.com within 7 business days for us to resolve the issue promptly. Please follow the steps above in the return policy ensuring your email has your name, order details, shipping address and as many details as possible about the faulty product (with images where possible) for a faster resolution. We will aim to respond to your email as soon as possible with advice on the way forward and the next steps on a return where necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any delay, loss, failure or damage outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of nature, internet interruptions, emergencies, governmental actions, shipping, postal and transport accidents or strikes, sudden or unexpected failures and disruptions brought on by any actions or omissions by third parties.
